PHILADELPHIA, Jul 1, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Right Management Consultants has successfully concluded the assimilation of Empower and Manchester Associates, creating one of the largest organizational consultancies in the world, a $130 million organization with more than 700 consultants in 22 countries, Right Chief Executive Officer Richard Pinola announced today.

Right began its assimilation process five months ago, when it was acquired by Manpower (NYSE: MAN). As part of the acquisition, Manpower's organizational consulting division, Empower, and its 300-plus consultants, was merged into Right's organizational consulting practice. At the same time, Right also began assimilating consultants from Manchester, which Right acquired in January.
