At our 2019 Annual Meeting, our shareholders voted on proposals to: (1) elect eleven individuals nominated by the Board of Directors of the Company to serve until 2020; (2) ratify the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as our independent auditors for 2019; and (3) provide an advisory vote on the compensation of our named executive officers. On May 10, 2019 we issued a press release announcing that our Board of Directors declared a semi-annual dividend of $1.09 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 14, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 2019. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

ManpowerGroup Increases Dividend 7.9 Percent

MILWAUKEE (May 10, 2019) The Board of Directors of ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) has declared a semi-annual dividend of $1.09 per share, a 7.9 percent increase from the most recent dividend of $1.01 per share.

The dividend is payable on June 14, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 2019.
